SHIPPING POLICY
Your order's will be shipped ground with FedEx depending on the order quantity.
We will ship your orders over 300lbs with a freight company.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact us right away if you are having an issue with your order, we will help you
process your return request.

As the purchaser please acknowledge that you need to open and inspect your order immediately. Please notify us if there are any damages on the merchandise, take pictures and submit them to us so we can file claims with the shipping company. For the freight shipments please do not accept the shipment if it looks completely damaged and before signing the delivery slip make a note on it that the shipment was damaged in transit and send us the copy of the slip.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us at your own cost for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery. The marble mosaics and tiles needs to be in original packaging, we will only accept returns of full boxes. Please secure the merchandise before placing them into shipping boxes for the return, we can provide a return shipping label and deduct that from the return amount if necessary.
